Much of our work has an international dimension. We act for companies who have established branches throughout the world. We have acted as legal advisor and litigated for numerous underwriters at Lloyds of London

Our litigation department is active in international claims and litigation and pursuing claims overseas. Among other things, the Firm has handled personal jurisdiction challenges concerning foreign nationals in various jurisdictions, including France, Australia and the United Kingdom.  Our office has language ability in Spanish and German.  The Firm practices regularly in Spanish language jurisdictions such as Puerto Rico.

We are in close contact with overseas lawyers and have developed working relationships with correspondent law firms throughout the world. This enables us to obtain overseas and foreign legal advice on short notice, if required.

Our international clients know that they can count on us for our expertise and professional handling of their legal matters. Representation has been provided to our international insurance clients involving a broad range of general and commercial aviation matters.
